If you have an issue with video freezing or the audio not synching, you can try to change the Player settings for the video. Click on the gear icon and from the menu change the Player from HTML5 to Flash.

July 2016 - Unexpected charges
If you have a charge of $149 that you did not expect, here is what happened and how to resolve the problem:
Last year I included a free one year subscription in The Big Deal special bundle. At the time that you enrolled, you had to enter a credit card as the site requires it. The auto-renewal system is administered by the platform I use for my training site, and is outside of my control.
In an effort to warn everyone that their subscription would auto-renew starting in June, I sent out 4 reminder emails, and posted a video on my site. These emails contained instructions on how to cancel subscriptions. Unfortunately, not everyone saw those emails, so subscription were auto-renewed.
We are happy to refund the charge and cancel your annual subscription: just email us with your name and the email under which your account was created. We will refund the charge and it will take a few days for you to see the refund on your card.
